Last Chance for Girl Scout Cookies Locally—Program Ends March 31

Roanoke, VA—The countdown is on! With just 10 days left, the Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council's annual Girl Scout Cookie program is wrapping up on Sunday, March 31. This is your last chance to stock up on your favorite cookies before they're gone for the season. Whether you're a fan of Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Do-si-dos, Lemon-Ups, Toffee-tastic, Trefoils, Adventurefuls, or Girl Scout S’mores (which is in its final year), now is the time to grab some extras. Thin Mints, for example, freeze well and make a delightful summertime treat!

Priced at just $6 per box, your cookie purchases not only satisfy your sweet tooth but also support local Girl Scouts. Use the Cookie Finder on www.gsvsc.org/cookies to locate nearby booths.

Can’t Eat Them? Treat Them!

If you can't enjoy the cookies yourself, consider donating them through the council’s Cookies for a Cause program. Donated cookies go to local military personnel, nurses, first responders, and teachers within our communities. Simply purchase a box (or more) to be gifted at the end of the season.

Supporting Local Girl Scouts

Cookie proceeds stay local, powering life-changing experiences for Girl Scouts year-round. These funds support activities such as camp, travel, community service, higher awards, and more. When you open your favorite box of Girl Scout Cookies, you’re also opening new doors for Girl Scouts to explore their leadership potential, build lifelong friendships, and make the world a better place.

WYYD Radio Personality Scott Stevens’ Cookie Love

Don't forget me... Scott Stevens, I'm known for my love of Girl Scout Cookies. Whether it's the classic Thin Mints or the adventurous Adventurefuls, my enthusiasm for these treats is contagious. Ever since I helped my own kids Bevin and Arlalyn help sell their cookies, I have tried to support these wonderful girls anyway I can.
