Fireworks on the Riverfront is BACK this summer!
Downtown Lynchburg Association is eager to welcome friends and families to Downtown Lynchburg on Friday, June 30, for this exciting FREE event!
This year's fireworks display will be bigger and higher than ever before!
Visitors can expect food, music, and activities to begin at 6:00 pm at Riverfront Park with the fireworks show beginning just after dark – between 9-9:15 pm.
Riverfront Park, located at 1100 Jefferson Street, is the top spot see the show for a front-and-center style event.
Bring a blanket and a picnic dinner! Or purchase food, snacks and beverages from vendors and food trucks located in the Riverfront Park parking lot!
Lots of pre-show kid and family activities, plus live music!
Other prime viewing locations include the Bluffwalk and several Downtown restaurants.
Head down early to find a convenient parking spot! Downtown Lynchburg offers free parking on nights and weekends, both on-street and in lots!
The fireworks display will start shortly after dark, between 9-9:15 pm.
No alcohol and no pets.
