A Nevada man has been arrested after he was found living in a children’s museum with his wife and their children.
Deputies say they became suspicious when Wilbert Calhoun’s two-year-old daughter was found wandering around by herself and told police that she lived at the museum with her family.
While investigating, deputies say they found clear signs of people living in a walled off area of the museum, and a storage room containing several handguns, marijuana paraphernalia, a taser, and other weapons.
Calhoun was charged with charged with child neglect and endangerment plus several weapons charges.
It's believed that the family had been living in the museum for about a year.
Calhoun and his wife both worked at the museum — he as a janitor, she as the museum's manager.
Both have been fired by the museum's board of directors.
