Meek Mill is gearing up to drop his fifth studio album Expensive Pain on Friday at midnight, and the Philly rapper shared an early gift with his fans.
On Thursday, Meek took to social media to drop the 17-song track list for his highly anticipated album, which includes his hit single "Sharing Locations" featuring Lil Baby and Lil Durk, as well as "Blue Notes 2" featuring his fellow Philly native Lil Uzi Vert.
The track list reveal comes just days after Meek made headlines for eclectic album promotion, which consisted of the project's artwork, designed by artist Nina Chanel Abney, popping up in several cities across the country; including boats in Miami, buses in Philadelphia, murals and transportation in Los Angeles, billboards in Times Square.
Earlier this month, the Dreamchasers CEO teased a collaboration with Jay-Z after a photo of the hip hop kings hanging out in the studio made it's rounds on social media.
However, Hov's name doesn't appear on the album's track list. There may not be a Jay-Z feature this time around, but Expensive Pain is chock full of heavyweight features, including appearances from Kehlani, A$AP Ferg, Moneybagg Yo, Young Thug, Giggs, Vory, and Brent Faiyaz. There is also a tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle and Lil Snupe called “Angels RIP.”
In a recent Tweet, Meek said of his upcoming album:
"What ever you expect out of me as a artist ... I’m tryna give you that times 20 on expensive pain."
Expensive Pain drops at midnight on all streaming services.
