The U.S. Marshals Services say Michael Brown has been arrested and is in custody.
There will be a news conference with more detail at 11 a.m.
Brown is wanted for killing his mother's boyfriend, Rodney Brown, on Saturday, Nov. 9.
He's facing a second-degree murder charge and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
The FBI added him to their Most Wanted List.
The last confirmed sighting of him was Thursday, November 14 in Roanoke when Marshals found his RV.
