BOTETOURT Co., Va. (WSET) -- A tractor trailer crash has closed parts of I-81 South in Botetourt County Wednesday.
The Botetourt County Sheriff's Office said I-81 South at the 160.9 mile marker is closed, along with I-81 South at the 161.2 mile marker. All south lanes are closed and traffic backups are approximately four miles.
The sheriff's office said the crash involves two tractor trailers and one motor vehicle. Virginia State Police said there are injuries involved.
VDOT has set up a detour to route traffic to Route 11.
