Virginia shoppers warned not to eat some Kroger yellow fin tuna

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning Kroger shoppers in Virginia and 15 other states not to eat yellow fin tuna steaks purchased at the store.

According to the FDA, consumers who recently ate the steaks have experienced symptoms of scombroid poisoning, which can cause symptoms similar to an allergic reaction. The affected products were removed from stores on September 5, but consumers who might have purchased the steaks are being warned.
