State Police said they responded to the crash around 6:50 a.m. Wednesday.
They said a pickup truck was going west on Route 460 when it ran off the left side of the highway and hit a guardrail. The vehicle continued up an embankment, overturned onto its side, and slid into a tree.
Neither the driver nor passengers survived and died at the scene.
State Police said they are in the process of locating the victims' next of kin.
The crash is under investigation.

APPOMATTOX, Va. (WSET) -- Police are investigating a crash in Appomattox Wednesday.
They said the accident happened in the 15000-block of Richmond Highway.
According to police, a pickup truck lost control, crashed into an embankment and landed on its side.
